The best water should have the natural minerals left in unless things like fluoride or arsenic is in your water.

We remove fluoride with the Multi-Pure 750 filter and have the unit 880 that has the increased capability to remove arsenic if it has been oxidized.

The name for this kind of arsenic is Arsenic V and your water test should tell you this. If you are on a well or your water is not chlorinated then the arsenic will probably not be oxidized and our model 880 will not remove all the arsenic.

Go to Clear Cool Water and get my special discount code first (please email me for the code-bob@clearcoolwater.com) then click on the filter you are interested in on Products at Clear Cool Water. If you add a filter to the cart then insert the discount code it will give you the special price from me.

I want to warn you that if you use a Reverse Osmosis filter or a Distiller for your drinking water that both remove the minerals that are in the water and you may end up depleted of the minerals you need to live. When the minerals are removed from the water the water becomes like a leach robbing your system of more minerals.

Also a Distiller will not remove all the Volatile Organic Chemicals because as the name implies, they are volatile and go with the water into the steam then are condensed back to a liquid with the water.

So, what have we accomplished with the distiller? We got rid of the minerals which are probably good for us unless we have some of the bad stuff and we did not get rid of the volatile organic chemicals or VOC’s which are things like pesticides, benzene, and other harmful products which may be in the water. See Performance Data Sheet for all the spec’s from the NSF which is the testing company for water related products, they are not related to Multi-Pure in any way. Also see the Comparison Chart here for performance and price comparisons, make sure to see the cost per gallon!

Since our body is about 70 percent water I would guess it is very important but I saw on a competitors site “Look young and healthy forever”. I don’t think I want to go that far, forever? no way and we all know it. But we all know that water is very important and pure, uncontaminated water is the main reason bottled water sales have skyrocketed.

Did you know that bottled water is pretty much unregulated in the USA? There is very little restriction put on it’s production. In other words, you really don’t know what you are getting. I have an answer to the whole problem in the Multi-Pure drinking water system. Our drinking water filters are the best of the best. We have the NSF certifications to prove it and we guarantee it.

You can see our systems at my site Clear Cool Water.

Nestle Waters’ John B. Challinor II responds to bacteria in bottled water study

GUELPH, ONTARIO, May 28, 2010 (Water Tech) — In a column posted on nationalpost.com, John B. Challinor II, director of corporate affairs for Nestle Waters Canada, responded to a recent study that showed that bottled water contains more nonpathogenic heterotropic (HPC) bacteria than tap water.

Challinor quoted Health Canada as stating, “Like most foods, bottled water may contain naturally occurring bacteria which typically have little or no health significance. In numerous studies, heterotropic bacteria isolated from water have been shown to be of no human health consequence.”

He also referenced a 2003 World Health Organization study found that these bacteria pose “no significant risk to consumers.”

Challinor concluded by saying, “HPC bacteria can sometimes be found in trace amounts in bottled water and municipal water systems, even after disinfection.”

And you thought bottled water was more safe than your tap water? If you want the best water without the question of “is it good?” then please go to Clear Cool Water and get a system that will save you a lot of money and give you the pure water you deserve.

Do you live in the affected area in this article? Do you know you and your family can be safe from this and many other pollutants without the high cost of bottled water?

DELAWARE CITY, March 16, 2010 (Water Tech) — New tests have revealed that pollution from a defunct chemical plant near Delaware City is much worse than officials previously believed, The News Journal reported.

Concentrations of benzene, a known carcinogen, in the groundwater around the former Metachem Products plant are thousands of times higher than the federal government’s drinking water safety limit, according to the story.

At least six other toxic chemicals were also found near the site, the article stated.

The abandoned plant is located above the Potomac aquifer, which provides drinking water to residents in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia, according to the report.

Scientists are unsure about how the contaminated water will travel underground, the article stated.

Go to Clear Cool Water and get your source of pure water at a very affordable price. My choice is the MP750SB if you want an under counter with it’s own faucet on the sink. If you rent or just want a more economical unit the MPAD counter top unit is great. Check them out at Clear Cool Water and make sure to get a substantial discount on your unit by going here for your discount code.

Many People Do Not

Did you know that your body is mostly water? By weight our body is about 72% water and the brain is about 80% water. Many people are learning the need for more water and have gone to bottled water, but is that the right answer?

From my experience I think not and there are several reasons. One is the bottled water industry is not regulated the same way that residential water systems are, they are regulated by a different agency with different regulations. There are many articles on this you can see at Clear Cool Water.
